The Level 4 + Level 5 Extended Diploma in Law is a 240-credit Ofqual regulated qualification and is the equivalent level to the first year & second year of a university degree. It has been designed for learners who wish to progress to university onto an LLB top-up degree programme (the final year of university).
Upon successful completion of Level 4 + Level 5 Extended Diploma in Law qualification learners will be eligible to gain entry into Year 3 of a three year UK Bachelors degree / LLB Top-Up degree.
This qualification enables you to take on a supervisory or management role in your chosen area of work. This is the ideal choice for those moving up in a caring role. Supervisory or management positions involve a high level of problem-solving competence.
This qualification at RQF Level 5 represents practical knowledge, skills, capabilities and competences that are assessed in academic terms as being equivalent to Foundation Degrees, Higher National Diploma (HND) and Year 2 of a three-year UK Bachelors degree.
Learners will take:-
120 credit Level 4 Extended Diploma having 4 mandatory units (30 credits each)
120 credit Level 5 Extended Diploma having 4 mandatory units (30 credits each)
